  ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY :-  Planning, Designing & Implementing FTTH networks.  Pre project discussion and coordination with customers.  Review the planned design, if required.  Optimize to serve more customers for least cost . Designing the required area or number of locations on NOCPlan tool. CAPEX & OPEX Calculation for better planning. Calculation of the OSP & ODN Link Budget. Maintaining SLA & KPI as per customer requirements. Suggesting better plan as per the terrain and clutter of the area for most feasible fiber route. Fiber planning of Enterprise customers . Separate fiber plan for Governament, schools, hospitals, students as low cost. Preparing reports and KMZ for presenting to customer. Preparing final Capex report for customer with differences in Wireline & Wireless Capex, and suggesting the best deployment to customer for rollout. Designing 5 to 10 years rollout plan including capex and addon-areas. Preparing Opportunity areas on customer demands on QGIS for the required areas on the basis of CBs(Census Blocks),CQA data , Route length and presenting final report i.e ROM(Rough Order of Magnitude) Creating QGIS Package of Fiber and the locations for the required county for the analysis of geographic area and its market for FTTH/GPON planning.  Assignment and proper follow-up of different tasks allotted to different teams.  Monitor daily progress of work, cost and schedule.  Conduct weekly progress review and technical meeting with the client.
