      - Assist in the management of projects for a construction team and the contents department.- Work with 2 estimators, 3 project managers and a contents field team of over 10 employees. - Management of a physical and digital files for each job, from initial intake to last collection.- Work with the teams to gain and maintain top quarterly numbers in the company by completing jobs in the original estimated time frame or faster, collecting and storing all job documents as per the company's protocol, collection of project funds from deposit to final check, client satisfaction throughout the project.- Work with insurance companies to complete projects within the awarded funds for the loss, identify and locate replacement materials, complete and submit all required documents for funds to be released.- Establish a relationship with all clients and be the in-office contact during office hours. - Work with counties, cities or towns to obtain building permits, set up temporary poles, pay fees, set up inspections and ensure that environmental regulations are being followed during the project. - Schedule and maintain a monthly calendar for the contents field team and work with the warehouse manager to properly load contents into trucks based on the planned route. - Maintain the contents department supplies stocked and under the monthly allowance.
