      The Head Scholarship Chairman of the Sigma Chi Fraternity deals with the academic success of our members and our chapter. They must create an Excel spreadsheet that maintains and supervises the allotted budget for tutoring reimbursement. They must communicate these reimbursements with the International Board on a tightly run schedule. They also must find solutions to academic issues for the individual member and promote resources and tools each student can use for academic excellence.-Crafted an Excel spreadsheet that holds member names, tutoring subject, cost of each session, total reimbursement amount, and a section for PDF receipts-Maintain a budget of $14,100, and the responsibility to secure and deliver reimbursement checks to their respective owner-Engage with academic issues for each member, and find a solution for them, whether it is tutoring, on-campus support, technology support, or just a friend to talk through their problems with-Communicate updates, rules, and goals for the academic year with each member of our fraternityThe Head Intramural Sports Chairman must be organized, efficient, and engaged in all intramural affairs. They must register teams on time, coach the team, order jerseys, and comply with Indiana's rules for intramural sports.-Organize and coach multiple teams for flag football, basketball, softball, and soccer-Communicate game times, updated rules, roster changes, and mandatory meetings for players-Allocate funding from the intramural sports budget for $1,500 to register for upcoming seasons and other merchandising purchases Show less
