Helped revise the GAO bid protest manual used by trial attorneys within the division.

Provided representation for assigned agency, GAO, ASBCA, COFC, and Federal Circuit litigation workload for the Middle East District. Majority of litigation experience derived from time served as second chair counsel on roughly six ASBCA appeals. Litigation experience includes discovery, motion-writing, taking and defending depositions, partaking in ADR/mediations, working with expert witnesses, negotiating settlement, and more. Represented USACE in one ASBCA hearing in which I direct-examined one fact witness and one expert witness, cross-examined one fact witness, and successfully disqualified the appellant's rebuttal expert witness through voir dire.
