I made many connections there and I maintain contact with them as a way to ensure continued proficiency of my Spanish. Show less

      Feb 2019 - Jun 2020
      Deli Worker

My role working in O'crualaoi was my first professional role, I begun working part-time for this establishment in 2019. In this role I worked both behind the till and behind the counter . My roles would change on a daily basis . I learned organisation skills and the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment while working as a team and providing an enjoyable atmosphere for customers. This job required me to be up early and to maintain a positive attitude towards the customers and to provide an enjoyable experience for them. Working for O'Crualaio I was also required to be able to work in different locations. Working in different locations allowed me to get to know the different teams and the different ways in which they operate. Show less

    • Tesco

      Mar 2020 - Aug 2023
      Customer Assistant

I began working in Tesco during the beginning of the pandemic. Due to my studies being moved to remote learning I was able to devote a significant amount of time to work while still managing to achieve all of my academic goals. I worked all the way through my leaving cert and now I work part-time as a full-time college student. I am constantly learning new skills from my part-time job, I have never done the same thing for too long without learning a new skill . I am extremely great full for the support my employers provide for my education as my hours would never interfere with my education as Tesco has a strong value for education as a company . I am always eager to learn and because of this I am extremely passionate about my current role in Tesco! Having been there for such a lengthy period of time I am entrusted with important jobs such as ensuring all promotion stock is in the allocated hot spots, ensuring that there is a week "date-check" done on the food to ensure all of our products are of merchantable quality and providing a happy, clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
