      Lime Production Manager

      Responsible for safe and efficient operation of a Pre-Heater Kiln, Hydrator, and Loadout facility. Manages a team of four supervisors and 22 hourly employees, at a 24/7 Lime Plant. This plant includes a short, Preheater Kiln, which is capable of producing over 600 tons of low sulfur lime per day; a Hydrator, which takes the granular (fine) material produced from the kiln, and adds water to produce a hydrated lime at approximately 7 tons per hour; and a loadout facility, capable of loading trucks and railcars with product produced on site.
