This program enhanced and enforced contractor’s compliance with the initiative, OSHA requirements and SCJ’s expectations while improving safety.• Assisted in creating a color-coded Lockout/Tagout placard for equipment/machinery that displayed, the number of locks needed, other lockout devices necessary including pictures of lock locations.
