  As the Deputy Director of MIDA Frankfurt, my primary responsibility is to promote Malaysia as an investment destination to foreign investors. This involves organizing various events such as seminars, roundtable meetings, webinars, and one-on-one meetings to engage and interact with potential investors. Through these events, I aim to showcase the various investment opportunities available in Malaysia and persuade investors to consider investing in the country.To gain the trust and confidence of foreign investors, I work closely with the ambassadors and other stakeholders. This collaboration enables us to establish a strong network and provide a seamless experience for prospective investors. I strive to facilitate investors' visit to Malaysia while creating business linkages between them and local suppliers, thereby enhancing the ecosystem in Malaysia.Another crucial aspect of my role is to engage with companies and help them hire the right talent to support their operations in Malaysia. I also collaborate with universities in Malaysia to adjust and change the syllabus to prepare graduates according to the specific industry requirements. This approach ensures that companies operating in Malaysia have access to a skilled workforce while also providing employment opportunities for the local population.
