      HelloAsso was looking to improve the engagement and conversion rate on its creersonassociation.com landing page and on a form allowing users to create their association. → It was therefore necessary to review the structure of the pages and the information on them in order to improve the user journey to make it more fluid and engaging. → The actions implemented were as follows: UX audit of existing pages, a study of user needs, content restructuring, concept testing, low-fi / mid-fi and hi-fi mock-ups with user testing, and accessibility testing. An audit and recommendations were also delivered on automatic emails flow linked to the site's form to improve the engagement rate. → Results: 1 onboarding pop-up added to the form page to give the user more context, fewer steps in the form (From 10 to 6) enabling a smoother flow, micro-interactions added to make filling in the steps more enjoyable.
