      Managed logistical requirements and RIP Program. I developed the rigorous training schedule for pre-BRC (Basic Reconnaissance Course) US Marine Corps and US Navy students. Additionally, ensured that all training standards were maintained throughout the rigorous Reconnaissance Indoctrination Program. Achieved an unprecedented 100% pass rate for all students attending the physically and mentally demanding BRC for the years 2001-2003. Held leadership positions up to Company Gunnery Sergeant with various infantry units. Participated in: Operation Iraqi Freedom, Joint Task Force-160, Joint Task Force-6, Operation Desert Storm, and Operation Classic Resolve. Primary MOS 0321. Show less

      EODT is a worldwide environmental company that prides itself on landmine recovery & disposal. At EODT I provided leadership for routine IED sweeps and mine detection missions. Additionally, I led the security detail for Coalition Military Assistance Training Team (CMATT) compounds and routinely conducted resupply convoys through hostile regions of Iraq. The detail regularly provided security and PSD for US Army, US Marine Corps CMATT personnel & EODT personnel from Al Fallujah, An Numanyiah, and Al Kut area of operations to Taji, Iraq. In 2003, we established SOPs for base defense on newly constructed outposts for disposal of CEA (captured enemy ammunition), and supervised the tactical operation center. Additionally, I provided coordination with military and civilian contractor personnel procedures for staging to bunkers, and other defensive measures for indirect fire, small arms attacks, and wire breaches. I also served as Company Liaison for rotating adjacent military units: 10th Mountain Division, 82nd ABN Division, 2nd BN 1st Marines, & 1st Reconnaissance BN, USMC. Show less

Additionally, I was responsible for the procurement and transport of classified equipment and/or information to and from various locations within the 50 States. Additionally, I drafted and developed the US Department of State course on establishing and maintaining a humanitarian distribution site in support of the current United Nations Peace Support Missions. As the primary instructor for various PSOT subjects, I taught courses ranging from establishing adhoc communication sites and field expedient antennas, to patrolling, close quarters marksmanship, tactical convoy operations, defense of a base camp, combat first aid and rules of engagement.
