  EDHEC Sailing Cup is the leading student sporting event in Europe organized by 50 EDHEC students since 1969. This event gathers 3,000 participants, 10,000 visitors and €2 million budget.As Retail Partnerships and Supply Chain Manager, I developed and sustained the food & hygiene partners network by proposing them investment solutions (consumer surveys, visibility and recruitment facilities during the event). I have also been responsible for the event logistic: establishing infrastructures and supplying food for the 3,000 participants. To help me in these tasks, I recruited and managed a ten-people team for the three weeks of the event.
