  Responsible for the delivery of Transformation Projects to Diageo's EU Logistic function. Managing a team of ten (Project Managers; Solution Architects; Deployment Leads) developing, deploying and embedding new technology across Diageo's EU footprint. Most notable initiatives include; Transport Management System (TMS - Blue Yonder); Luminate Control Tower (LCT - Blue Yonder) and the introduction of a new Ocean Booking Platform (Inttra). Responsibility for all customer service related global export movements for Diageo's Beer and Baileys portfolio.Managing a team of 22 across both sites, segregated into 3 teams. All ocean freight movement fall under my remit. Customer base of 180 with annually orders numbering approx 18,000 from 6 dispatch sites. Member of Diageo's Supply Chain Excellence team, tasked with implementing said programme across Diageo's International Supply Centre (ISC).Programme is focused on standardisation and codification of Diageo's supply chain with a view to creating a continuous improvement culture built on common theme's and KPI's. Team Leader in Baileys supply chain team. Managing a team of seven Market Service Owners (MSO's) responsible for global movements of Baileys from both Dublin and Belfast sites. Work in the MRO sector of Diageo's Europe Beer procurement team. Managing the redesigning of existing Diageo brands. Bottling hall team lead at Diageo's Bailey's Dublin site.
