  Roles & Responsibilities: Design (strength calculation, stress analysis and detail design) of Pressure Vessels, Columns and Storage tanks according to International codes, Standards & Specifications such as ASME SEC VIII Div 1&2,ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, PD 5500, API 650, PIP, UOP, WRC, EIL, Aramco Specification, SABIC, SWCC, DOW Chemical etc. Stability check & analysis (including transport, lifting and hydrostatic test) and Loading Data for foundation design. Preparation / Review of material take off, material specifications and purchase Requisitions for procurement of raw materials & bought out items in line with code and client’s Specifications. Preparation / Review of Techno-Commercial bid analysis including MTO, RFQ. Checking / Review of G.A. & Detail Drawings, Bill of Materials, Internals Drawings& other Deliverables by ensuring compliance to ISO, international codes & standards as per Contractual requirement. Provide assistance to tendering support team to prepare technical Spec., Datasheet and Review of customer’s specification and scope of work during proposal development. Co-ordination with inter-discipline departments, clients / consultants and Inspectionagencies. Provide technical support and engineering clarifications to Project Management Team. Attend co-ordination & technical meetings & job progress review meetings with client/ sub-contractors and initiate the correspondence accordingly. Review & approval of Engineering/Design change sheet during job execution stage. Having exposure of working with international clients / consultants, Engineering Standards and specifications like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, DOW Chemical, FLUOR, Praxair, PIP etc. Show less
