      Leading and managing diverse and geographically dispersed engineering and design resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all customer driven project designs and quotes in the south country network in accordance with Western Power's regulatory obligations, design standards and customer requirements.Liaising with a wide variety of customer's ranging from your "mum and dad" applicant to large government funded projects as part of the post Covid economic stimulus program (e.g. Albany Ring Road and Bunbury Outer Ring Road.Key Achievements:- Led the development of a new QLIK dashboard to enable visibility and management for all phases of the function. - Led the re-introduction of utilising external design resources to assist with excess of work associated with stimulus program.- Led the implementation of LED retrofit streetlight trial in City of Cockburn.
