      Managing and tending to all forms of messages, master scheduling and template monitoring, working with Physicians Clinics to coordinate their schedules and member access, booking harder access appointments for our members and sometimes coordinating efforts with membership services, booking clinics and rescheduling them, surgery scheduling, coordinating efforts with many parts of the department, processing clinical data and reporting to administration in regards to access.       Supporting and maintaining over 100 Corporate systems that support our non-clinical departments and needs. This includes accounting software, scheduling and registration, cameras and digital signage, POS systems, HVAC controls, and asset management. Functions as an assigned primary support for key systems and works closely with operational partners to ensure systems are maintained and functioning as expected.
