  I oversaw Electricity Bills payment for the entire Mumbai office of TTML and the surrounding sites in Network Operations department. During this period, I independently coordinated the entire gamut of activities related with Power Bill payments for all sites in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai areas (Approx. 2000 Bills per month). My responsibility was to ensure that the invoices submitted by vendors / customers adhered to the terms & conditions, processed the invoices in SAP and obtained certifications from theauthorized persons.By maintaining consistent follow-ups and coordination with the finance department, I ensured timely payments to the vendors/customers. Apart from this, I interacted regularly with Bill-Desk (Agency for ECS payment) for timely receipt & payment of Electricity Bills of REL, BEST, MSEB, TATA POWER & TORRENT POWER.As required by the management, I generated and maintained real-time database efficiently and also resolved billing disputes by engaging in frequent communication with the vendors/ external agencies.   During this period I efficiently handled the entire gamut of operational functions and delivered major cost savings to the organization. I oversaw PO based Infra Invoice/DCN processing, GRN entry, IR creation, and Spare Movement in SAP/S4HANA application. Prepared OSP vendor invoices for VP approval and ensured timely payment through regular follow-ups with AP Team/ Finance team. I was accountable for raising CAPEX/OPEX- PR/POs for different O&M related activities and involved in AMCs of Infra Equipment, Infra Spares & follow-ups with SCM & Finance Department for releasing timely POs & Payments of Vendors. Apart from this, I maintained records of the site hygiene reports, followed-up for WOFO compliance/billing in WOFO portal and vehicle usage details. To minimize non-compliance, I cross-checked the Vehicle details & Driver details and charged penalty to vendors for non-compliance. I also have crucial contributions in minimizing outages by maintaining regular follow-ups with InfraProviders. I was involved in HSW Tracking, performed PTW Analysis (Cut Against PTW), managed Manpower & Vehicle Data reconciliation, and maintained efficient follow-ups with TL for Governance Safety audit report & closure of Open NCs.In addition to the above, I have been stellar in escalating FSM/WFM related issues and its resolution, managed the end-to-end requirements related to the execution of Mux Deletion process, recovered Mux and updated deleted cases in SMP, followed-up with warehouse and field team to obtain the materials on a timely basis, scrutinized the entire billing data and reconciled the same. I efficiently maintained MIS for all Energy Invoices of IP Vendors & BTS Sites Database and ensured availability of necessary information to Circle Finance & Corporate Office.
