      While pursuing my Master's (Nutraceuticals) degree, I had done my internship at Mahanand Dairy where I was taught and given hands- on experience at quality control testing (i.e. platform tests to check the quality of the raw milk, acidity test, fat test, TSS test, microbiological tests, etc.) of the raw product, semi finished and finished products. Also quality control tests of packaging material were also shown and performed. We were also shown production of the dairy products along with its packaging.
