In particular, Chagala provides residential and business accommodation, associated catering, leisure, transport, warehousing and logistics support to all major companies involved in extracting oil and gas from Kazakhstan’s Caspian region.As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Chagala Group, based in Almaty, I was responsible for the commercial development and operational management of the 14 companies which were part of the Group. More specifically, I was responsible for development and implementation of Corporate strategy, Business unit strategies, Sales strategy, Pricing strategy (including Revenue management implementation), and Procurement strategy for the Group.
