  I work as a Sr. Team Leader for the Major Incident Management team. The Major Incident Management team is under the Franklin Templeton Technologies Operational Cloud Services team.Sr. Team Lead Duties:- A shift lead for any escalations happened during the Priority 1 or Priority 2 Major Incidents.- Assisting the Infrastructure analysts with the Incident call engagement and procedures.- Ensuring the KPIs are met.- Attend daily Problem Management calls to brief the Major Incidents logged the previous day.- Perform quality reviews of the Major Incident to ensure the tickets were handled as per the agreed procedures.- Review and update the existing procedures. Analyze the workflow changes and create new procedure documents.Project Initiatives:ServiceNow:- Played a business end-user role to document the daily workflows of our team and draft them as Test Cases.- These test cases were used to evaluate and confirm the Major Incident workflow is not impacted during the ServiceNow Istanbul and Kingston releases.- Created an Automated Test Framework (ATF) suite which will be a replacement for the manual test cases.- I work as the point of contact between the Service Management teams and the ServiceNow support. I will be informed about any defects encountered in the production environment. - I replicate the issue in the Dev environment and follow-up with the support for the resolution. - I will test the resolution /fix in the Dev and provide a sign-off to implement the fix in prod.Cloud Migration:- To understand the changes, I got trained and certified in the Azure 900 exam.- I initiate checkpoint meetings with the Application support teams, which are migrating to Azure.- Determine the cloud type and model being leveraged.- Ensure a smooth transitioning of On-premise to Azure cloud.
