  In my current role, I lead a team of 4 Quality Leaders/Managers, managing all aspects of quality for the European/Russian health portfolio of over 50+ external partners. My team covers a wide portfolio of finished products from local brands such as Nenuco and Intima to globally recognised Power Brands such as Strepsils and Nurofen. This covers a wide range of classifications including medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides and general products. During my time in roles there has been a major drive to focus on delivering process improvements to the quality management system whilst still delivering on the daily requirements. Show less I managed a portfolio of contract manufacturers from a quality point of view. This included auditing, negotiating and implementing technical agreements, management of complaints and deviations and supporting continuous improvement in the quality management systems. My portfolio included products that were Licensed medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and general products and I am trained to audit against a large number of applicable standards.I also was responsible for the management and collation of global KPIs on behalf of the RB health and presenting the information to key stakeholders.
