  After playing for Billericay Town FC, Chelmsford City FC, Concord Rangers FC, East Thurrock United FC, Canvey Island FC, I joined Brentwood in 2012 and became club captain. In 2014/15 I helped the club secure their highest ever league position, reach the 4th qualifying round of the FA Cup and seal promotion to the Ryman Premier League, becoming the most successful team in the club’s history.In 2013 I began coaching at the club, leading the development of the U16 team as well as contributing to first team preparation. These roles involve:• Delivering age appropriate coaching sessions designed to improve the players' technical ability • Focusing on match intelligence and off-field attitude to help prepare the players for the first team• Providing necessary guidance and support to individual players• Learning from and sharing ideas with the club's other coaches• Leading warm-ups, cool-downs and generic training drills with the first team Show less
