  A 5* luxury resort hotel on 56 ha of area with the investment cost over 340 million €.• Designed and implemented an effective business operations strategy for the resort facility expanding from 49 rooms in 2013 to 111 rooms in 2017. As well strategy achievements’ effected results - the fivefold increase of the gross operating income, double occupancy ratio and net operating profit.• During the extreme crisis period 2014-2016 in the region crisis management was safely succeeded, making sure that a work environment that is high in employee morale is maintained and excellent customer service is always provided to hotel visitors. • Together with the leadership, managed and supported a large team of up to 700 employees.• Gained great experience to serve members of royal families, presidents and UHNWIs.• Additional investment programs achieved budgets over 50 million € annually.   The development project of private luxury villas and apartments for sale and a 5* club hotel (45 rooms). Total construction readiness of the development in 2023 is 90% shell & core and some infrastructure is under operation already (4 villas & 7 seafront hotel rooms, 2 restaurants, baths at SPA, bowling, billiard room, beaches and seafront). • Built and inspired a high-performing team of 100 professionals through careful selection, constant feedback and effective communication; • Working collaboratively with the constructors’ team and other senior colleagues, designed the concept and directed a project of luxury villas infrastructure for shareholders’ families including a territory of 13 hectares, a unique embankment of 450 m, a helipad, a pier, 2 SPA centers, 4 restaurants, a Japanese garden of 1.2 hectares designed by Shiro Nakane, a Mediterranean garden 0.6 hectares developed according to the project of Jeans Mus & Company, children's thematic zones developed in collaboration with the Europa Park’s constructors.• Created the strongest team of gardeners and landscapers in the region authorized by famous Shiro Nakane to serve his gardens and made a business unit inside the company.
