  As the Volunteer Coordinator I recruit and train the volunteers needed to make the Winkler Senior Centre a great place to be. I also make sure that every position is scheduled and properly staffed to ensure every event runs smoothly. Recently this position was expanded to include creating dynamic social media content and developing online recruitment plans. I have been challenged to learn video editing and other online marketing strategies to best suit our clients.
