  I was an Audit Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers SpA, company in which I developed my career since 1998. During these years I managed engagements relating many industrial and commercial clients of various size and business sectors.   Since September 2015 I worked as Finance Manager, coordinating the Finance and Control department of four entities (limited companies) providing services and four non-commercial entities, reporting to the Managing Director of the companies and to the central function leader. MAIN ACTIVITIES PERFORMED • Coordinating the activities of the finance departments (totaling ten employees); • Preparing statutory financial statements and internal management accounts (for cost center and service line)• Managing, with the support of tax experts, the tax fulfillments and tax planning; • Preparing budget and monitoring relevant variances; • Preparing group internal reports (mainly focused on cash flow and trend of overdue receivables and receipts); • Supporting the Managing Director in analysis of profitability, investments, cost saving, resource allocation; • Relationships with auditors, board of statutory auditors, external consultants;• Member of “Organismo di Vigilanza” (body required by Italian Law 231) of four legal entities.
