      I’m responsible for Nationwide supervision of field operations including the rollouts, provision of equipment to zones, antifraud measures, preventive maintenance of installed BTS, RF optimization, and technical support to all business lines of the company like LDI, WLL, Switching and Data Services for driving the network consisting of 6 switches, 300+ BTS and leading a team of approximately 80 engineers and technicians in 10 zonal offices. My scope of engagement includes introducing new terminal devices like hand held phones, desktop phones and modem through a rigorous process of searching and evaluating. Similarly ensuring the QoS of network according to the set KPIs (Key performance Indicators), availability of terminal devices, product enrichment are my responsibilities. In addition to that I am involved in developing the overall business plans for upcoming products of broadband wireless access on 3G protocol (EVDO).
