      SCADpro is a collaborative innovation studio that pairs leading companies with creative students to create innovative concepts and design solutions. Kendra Scott is a jewelry designer who founded her brand in 2002 whose company is currently valued at $1 billion.Kendra Scott partnered with SCADpro students to create a 360 degree marketing campaign focused on creating brand awareness of The Color Bar experience. This partnership consisted of three phases. The three phases were separated out to maximize collaboration, develop a wide variety of ideations, and create focus upon the objectives of the campaign.Creative facilitator - Facilitated groups working on multiple facets of the marketing campaign, including research, in-store displays, events, guerrilla marketing, direct and out-of-home marketing, and digital media.Budget control - Responsible for keeping track of the budget, maintaining bookkeeping, and various financial responsibilities.Primary research - Led the front for primary research, including persona development, organizing statistics and data for team members, making sure all design solutions led back to what we discovered in the research phase.Out-of-Home and Direct Marketing - Assisted in the development and execution of the campaign photoshoot, and other various marketing graphics.Guerrilla Marketing - Collaborated with an external team to design and build a portable rock wall.In-Store Displays - Organized and developed a series of in-store graphics to produce a cohesive marketing campaign. BMW wanted to better understand its largest customer segment: luxury vehicle owners aged 60 years and older.The goal of this collaboration was to gather primary research data and understand trends and habits in mobility, technology, and life throughout the aging demographic while also digging deeper to uncover their motivations, needs, and what truly influences their decisions. Presented here is a product line of modular, adaptable furniture. For us, to label a bathtub, sink, and toilet as “furniture” allows for freedom of choice in its usage both in and out of the bathroom. Thus, making the bathroom, and our house, homey and inviting, because getting old doesn’t have to look so ugly.
