  I am responsible for managing the department 6 months - 8 years old girls. Managing 120 personnel in a few subdepartments, namely buying, design, planning, store merchandising, product management, and garment tech. I am also managing a department dedicated to visual merchandisers, financial controllers, market researchers, and HR specialists. Regarding the new organization of the company, departments act like a group of companies managing budgets, resources, products, sales, and marketing in a multichannel environment.
