  -Bi-monthly conducting water quality samples for the California Department of State Health Services including: water samples, plankton tows, salinity, temperature, time, date, and location for more than a dozen sites in Humboldt Bay. -Weekly collecting and processing of mussel samples from Indian Island and the Humboldt Bay Coast Guard station to test for Paralytic shellfish poisoning for the California Department of State Health Services-Conducting additional sampling and looking for any significant difference in water quality from the farming operation.
