  Responsibilities: Providing vision and strategic leadership to all the Projects of CNI, spread across the country. Oversee and manage overall operational management of a network of 300+ Partner Organizations. Responsible for the development and implementation of humanitarian aid projects. Responsible for the overall recruitment, hiring, supervision, development and training of staff  Responsible for grants management and preparing grant applications. Networking and Developing Collaborative Relationships with different stakeholders, such as I/NGOs, Government, Donors, Media, Practitioners and Experts. Designing and implementing strategic plan to initiate Projects for the vulnerable populations of margins of the society. Design multi-sector response and recovery strategies, program plans and program master budgets, ensuring sufficient technical and MEAL expertise is included within budgets. Provide oversight for humanitarian programing implementation to ensure timely & high quality delivery of program activities and the monitoring of this through regular site visits within the response.  Developing, Managing, Monitoring, Implementing and Evaluating specific program interventions of CNI like Post Earthquake Community Development Programme in Gujarat, Long term and immediate rehabilitation program for children and youth in Tsunami affected Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Koshi Flood Rehabilitation Project in Bihar, Post Earthquake Rehabilitation Project in URI, Kashmir.
