      I'm passionate about helping people with their mental, physical and emotional health and sharing tools so that they can build a toolkit that works for them.I turned a hobby (and a personal development quest) into a business back in 2020 after realising there was such a demand to support people with their mental health. Since then, I've continued to build my skillset/experience/connections and organically grow my business based on what interests and helps me personally.I enjoy supporting people on a one-to-one and group basis and building connections with people - whether this be from leading a yoga class to allow people to switch off and relax for an hour; or working with individuals on a longer-term basis to help them improve their mental, physical and emotional health.I believe every positive intervention has their benefits - and they work exceptionally well when combined. I help people change the way they think and feel and sometimes this involves exploring areas in their past which have had a detrimental impact on them; helping them view this from a different perspective, before turning their attention to the future and helping them work towards a goal/desire they have. I support with removing blockers and barriers to achieving success and keep my clients accountable along the way.When I'm not delivering, I run the business behind the scenes, working on strategy, operations, finance and marketing - to name but a few!
