  High School Graduation - WACE Certificate Aviation Graduated Year 12

  Activities and Societies: Aviation Program, Aircraft Building ( Two experimental Vans Aircraft), Student Representative, Chevron Petroleum Club Member (Runner up Winner), Rugby league Team member After being accepted into the Aviation Program at Kent St i found my self loving going to school and studying aviation. Other than aviation Kent St was any other school until yr 10. As part of my science subject i joined what was called the Chevron Petroleum Club, where instead of attending regular class a group of us would research & design a project to submit to chevron. As part of my science subject i joined what was called the Chevron Petroleum Club, where instead of attending regular class a group of us would research & design a project to submit to chevron. We designed an education program including projects like 'drilling through jelly for pockets of liquid' to simulate drilling, slide shows with interactive quizzes. We came 2nd and were given flights to/from Barrow Is a Class A Quarantine Zone that now is home to the Gorgon Gas Project and many other projects. As part of the aviation program i helped the team build a Vans RV-6 aircraft that was sold to the university of Western Australia as a trainer. Then started on a Vans RV-10 that was to be used as the schools new trainer aircraft.During yr 11-12 i focused on my studies alongside becoming a student Representative. Show less
