    • Miss Plus America Pageant

      Dec 2014 - Dec 2015
Ms. Madison County/Ms. Nevada Plus America 2015

The Miss Plus America Pageant is committed to excellence in pageantry and provides the community service oriented, full-figured woman the opportunity and platform to share and promote community causes close to her heart, with a pageant title worthy of her representation. Having competed in the Miss Alabama Plus State pageant and been declared 1st Runner-Up, I was able to compete on the National level as an At-Large Delegate representing the state of Nevada. With the dual title of Ms. Madison County/Ms. Nevada Plus America 2015, the charity organization that I represented through my community service awareness campaign is Crisis Services of North Alabama (CSNA). There is a special place in my heart for this organization because of their efforts in assisting individuals who are victims of domestic violence and abuse. As a past victim, I have a great appreciation, and I understand the need for the resources made available to others through this organization. As an appointed board member of CSNA, I have aligned my efforts with the goals and mission of creating victors from victims, through my “Purple Passage” platform. Show less
