By recognizing local demand for a niche market, unique product I grew my family farm's livestock operation to serve a larger customer base associated with an increase in demand. I coordinated with a local packing plant to ensure a high quality and consistent product and selected specific genetics to use in the herd to ensure adequate quantities and quality. Responsibilities included were: daily tasks taking care of the livestock, choosing beneficial genetic patterns and keeping up with current trends in the industry, communicating with customers to take orders, receiving payment, implementing feedback, and analyzing finances to ensure a productive operation. May 2015 - Dec 2018
      Lead Manager

Starting the 2nd semester of my freshman year of college, I started as a doorman at KAMS where my responsibilities included ensuring safety, proper set up of the main floor, and nightly closing procedures. My first promotion came at the end of my Sophomore year where I was promoted to Head Door. In this role I was not only responsible for delegating my previous responsibilities to the current doormen, but also gained responsibility surveying the crowd and line, coordinating doormen to accomplish situational goals, and accountability for proper security procedures. I was promoted again at the conclusion of my Junior year to Manager. Along with the previous responsibilities I was also in charge of nightly financial assessment and preparation, scheduling and coordination of 140 employees, and employee and customer feedback implementation. Designing implementation strategy and deliverables has multiple responsibilities with the project phase. Action items I have been involved in and led include scoping, best practice definitions, requirements gathering, determining strategy of solution, setting timelines of deliverables, and post implementation training. By collaborating with stakeholders, I can provide value to the client and business by knowing the procedure to successfully implement a customer approved solution. Project management has been an element within my role at Seismic, specifically during smaller project implementations. In these projects, I can serve two roles as both a project manager and the resource designated to design and construct the deliverables. Responsibilities include working with resources to develop a project timeline, identifying project risks and informing stakeholders, tracking deliverables in design and UAT, providing budget reports, and escalating when necessary. Project management can be a major factor in project implementation metrics and success. Resource management within the Seismic Financial Services Consulting organization has allowed me to lead an implementation team. While these team members are also responsible for the above items, I need to know the information around our product, have the correct path of knowledge gathering using internal communications, and the ability to design testing solutions for the consulting team. I also maintain the responsibility of training and ramp up of new members to the Solution Consulting team, which requires in-depth knowledge of functionality to teach team members on implementing. Other actions include maintaining project resource requests and assigning resources to projects where their skill set is most applicable. My favorite things about Seismic are the collaboration between team members and organizations, the opportunity to grow and develop with a company, and the ability to learn every day. Show less Working at Seismic as a Solution Consultant in Financial Services has given me experience from numerous segments in the software implementation process from building "proof of concepts" for potential clients to final go-live handoffs. Knowing the functionality of our products and how they have been, are being, or could be implemented is crucial to being a part of the scoping process for current and potential projects. After the scoping aspect of the process, I either join current clients starting the project through a kick-off call or start the process of onboarding with new clients. If the project is with a current client I will work with the client though-out the implementation process of all the deliverables both implementing, collaborating, and troubleshooting with the client on requirements and UAT. This projects close a few weeks after the project has passed UAT and has launched. If the client is new to Seismic I own the configuration of the "Out of the box" solutions for the client while also training them on Seismic functionality, UI, logic, and structure. Once the client feels comfortable with the platform and the deliverables have cleared the UAT process, the project will close. I also have experience with ongoing maintenance and customization for perpetual projects with clients.Typical implementations for data automation of involve analyzing and formatting data structure which may require manipulating for functionality, setting up back-end content structure and building logic to surface the correct content at the correct time, interacting with clients for requirement gathering and UAT troubleshooting, and managing the budget and overall project status. One of the more important parts of every project no matter whether the client is global or commercial is maintaining the relationship between our company and theirs. I believe this is responsible for project flow and overall health of a project. Show less
