  I came on the Rosedale operations team as work experience aged 14. I then worked in my school holidays where I could. In 2013 I finished school and took on an apprenticeship with Rosedale in funeral operations.

  In May 2022 I became Norfolk Operations Manager looking after the Attleborough, Diss, Harleston and Wymondham funeral homes. In August 2023 I completed my CMI Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification. In March 2024 I took on the Suffolk branches adding the Beccles, Bungay and Halesworth funeral homes. I started as a trainee Funeral Director in the Diss funeral home. I then transferred in January 2018 to become the Funeral Director of the Attleborough & Wymondham branches. During this time I completed my Diploma in Funeral Arranging & Administration and my Diploma in Funeral Directing.
