      Member of the Negotiations Reference Group working to support negotiations with NHS Employers and Government to review the 2016 terms and conditions of service for junior doctors in the U.K. The 2016 contract was accepted by 82% of junior doctors in a 2019 referendum taking them out of a historical and protracted period of dispute. Education and training subcommittee representing juniors doctors to Health Education England, the General Medical Council, other doctor training organisations and government. Direct involvement in the first review of the foundation programme in its 15 year history which paved the way for newly created Foundation Priority Programmes and Psychiatry Foundation Fellowships. Support the Executive National Director and an additional Senior Leadership Team that are responsible for HR, legal, governance, Covid-19 Inquiry, cybersecurity, system transformation, provider development, strategic delivery, privacy, transparency, ethics, corporate operations and creating the new NHS England.       Programme of the Year - 2021 Civil Service Awards Civil Service Awards Dec 2021 The Covid-19 vaccination deployment programme was an unprecedented endeavour that brought together teams from the Department of Health and Social Care, the Vaccine Taskforce, NHS England, the UK Health Security Agency, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, and NHS Digital and was regarded as the Government's number 1 priority. Despite being unrelenting, working on a programme that was so immensely important for the country was an unmatched privilege of a lifetime.

      Lightbulb Award - Wolfson Economics Prize Wolfson Economics Prize Nov 2021 The second largest economics prize in the world (after the Nobel Prize in Economics) the Wolfson Economics Prize in 2021 attracted entries from more than 250 organisations representing 15 countries. There was one winner, 3 highly commended and 2 lightbulb awards. My entry won a lightbulb award in recognition of its particularly innovate approach when setting out a plan for the 'hospital of the future'.
