Financial Modelling - Harshit was responsible for preparation and review of financial statement model for a real estate client wherein he developed forecasted financial statements for 5 years based on various accounting assumptions and IndAS adjustments. Key IndAS adjustments that were required to be incorporated on forecast model included Financial Instruments Ind AS 109, Revenue Recognition Ind AS 115, Lease Accounting Ind AS 116.2. PMO Role - Harshit was designated the responsiblity to act as a PMO on IPO readiness project at a Fintech company. Harshit played a critical role in preparation of first consolidated financial statements of the group. The project required harmonisaiton of Chart of Account for 7 entities in SAP S4 as well as implementation of SAP Group Reporting Module. Harshit also assisted management in finalisation of key accounting policies and positions via documentation of key managment notes.3.
