The system was an upgrade of an older Business Basic system used for years by partners Julie Buck and Steve Ockerman, restated in RDM by Vernon Cole. A specialized insurance filing and Accounts Receivable system for small hospitals and rural health clinics was added as the main focus of the companies business.
