  1. Maintenance and trouble shooting of Electric Distribution for the whole plant through of DG sets 500KVA/100KVA capacities and Electric power 33KV.2. Learned related to electrical and plc automation maintenance skills like small modification in plc programm, new addition of plc module and different types of sensors with PLC.3. Taking outputs for given works from junior members on time and make schedule for shift.4. Calculating the monthly data of MTBF and MTTR by verifying to all breakdown slips.5. Implementing new ideas to reduce machine down time and analyze the root causes of all break downs (Why - Why Analysis) to increase MTBF.6. Attended plc breakdown like m/c hang, sensors problem, damaged plc and pneumatics spare changing and doing small plc programm modification to reduce down time, cycle time and repair machine.7. Operation & Maintenence of Mitsubishi controlled (Q & FX Series) PLC machine by GX-Developer Software.8. Doing Preventive and predictive maintenance of all machines like PU Foaming M/c (TOHO Japan), Injection Molding M/c (JSW Japan), Hydraulic Broaching M/c (YUKEN) & SPM Assembly M/c, According to PM Plan, PM check sheet points and making preventive check sheet required need new check points. And instrumentation maintenance.9. Maintained all document related to ISO/TS 16949:2009 and all spare parts inventory for utility and plant machine.10. Doing maintenance and parameter checking of R.O. Plant’s purified water for MTC of PU Foaming m/c,Inj. Molding m/c and Washing machine of steering armature.11. Utilities Maintenance like RO Plant, STP, ETP Plant, DG set (CUMMINS) 500KVA & 100KVA, Diesel Yard, Fire Hydrant System, Compressor (KAESER), Hot Water Heater, Chiller (HITACHI) & AHU, LT Panels, ACB, VCB & Transformer 33KV/415V, APC Make UPS of 400KVA capacity.12. Learned problem solving techniques in case of machine failure and how keep basic health of machine. Show less
