  Horseback Riding Instructor

  I work with individuals from age 3 to however old you are and still want to ride a horse! I absolutely love teaching and horses are my passion. I often catch myself tearing up when I see a student and horse succeeding in something they were struggling with. The combination of the detailed athletics of horseback riding mixed with the often understated psychological components of riding are what make it the most incredible job. Many students need to face fears when riding horses, and almost all riders gain a sense of peace and calm when they are with a horse that is often so hard to find in this chaotic world.I absolutely love teaching and I am currently working on my Equestrian Canada Certification.   Administration and Events Assistant

  I took on a part time role as an Administration and Events Assistant at Cystic Fibrosis Canada - BC/Yukon Division in the summer of 2021. I was working with volunteers and coworkers on various events in an administrative and coordinator capacity. I spent much of my time promoting events on the non-profit's social media platforms using Canva, working on streamlining their organizational strategies using ClickUp, and updating and creating files in Excel.
