Drill side tracks and development wells down to 5505m TVD, managing following drilling hazards: unstable top-hole section energized by geomechanics, 1100m of salt section with brine influx up to 200 m3/hr flow rate and H2S up to 2%, 800m interval of hard cherty formation and total losses, geomechanics issues. - Achieve reduction of well AFE and drilling time by 15% in one year by implementing “Brine influx decision tree” to combat the influx and make forward progress in a safe manner with minimum associated NPT.- Revise casing design in order to reduce drilling time without compromising well integrity. - Reduce drilling time & cost in 11 5/8” vertical hole section (1100m of salt section) by implementing PDM BHA with long gage bit instead of Vertical Drilling system (RSS).- Implement special design PDC bits with PDM to replace impregnated bits and turbine for drilling 800m of hard cherty formation, achieve section drilling time reduction by half.- Develop and implement open hole multizonal lower completion design for selective testing and production of pay zones.- Develop Well Concept Documents (API design) for exploration wells for neighbor fields. - Participate in recruiting process, perform technical interviews, prepare recommendations.- Mentoring new team members.- Prepare and issue IPTC-21407-MS.
