      i) ESPR tackles issues which cannot be resolved with the tools/SOPs available. The team excels in finding creative, resourceful ways to reduce Seller pain points and build Seller trust. We convert these pain points into scalable projects that benefit sellers at a large scale. I partner with teams across the Seller Services organization to assure that our sellers receive the world-class experience that they’ve come to expect.ii) Heading the Selling Partner Support (SPS) portion of all the Seller facing events (Amazon Connect) events for IN marketplace. Amazon Connect is a series of Seller conferences (Seller connect, Smbhav, Virtual Summit) - an initiative by Amazon India targeted at driving engagement with different segments of sellers and get close to seller community at large. This program provides a platform to get similar, high-performance sellers under one roof. It aims to open up the opportunity to have constructive conversations between the sellers and Amazon. Amazon Connect is a large-scale seller facing conference that facilitates 1:1 engagement between existing sellers and Amazon leadership and internal teamsiii) Heading the SAC (Seller as Customer) Training programs for Amazon Internal teams (L5+). The program is aimed at providing Leaders in Amazon, a hands-on experience of Seller interactions with Amazon, learn how Selling Partner Support works to resolve the most common issues our Sellers face while selling on Amazon. The Program consists of 2 hours of trainer led facilitation taking the audience through the key Seller life cycle events, providing an understanding of the Seller and Associate perspective of these events. These events help the business team to get close with the Seller community, identify their pain points and obstacles they are facing in terms for growing their business in Amazon. Show less
