Entries must be nominated and endorsed by faculty, and are judged by ad hoc committees of Phi Beta Kappa. The winning thesis entitled “Language Shifts the Representation of Sounds in Time: From Auditory Individuals to Auditory Ensembles” was advised by Drs. Anna Papafragou and Tyler Knowlton.
