Prepared adult choir for participation in the 2012 World Choir Games, earning them the top ranked silver diploma in their division.

  Lead rehearsals for two top-level ensembles and serve as co-director of the Cincinnati Girl Choir. Assist with the administration of the program's 950 singers housed in seven resident choirs, eleven satellite choirs, and festival programs. Regularly perform with CCM choirs, orchestras, and opera productions. Prepare choirs for collaboration with Cincinnati Symphony, Cincinnati Pops, May Festival, Vocal Arts Ensemble, CCM Choirs & Orchestras, choral festivals, and local, national, and international tours, most recently to Carnegie Hall (2013), China (2014), and Vatican City (2015). On faculty for annual CCC Summer Festival and assist with the national Queen City Children's Choir Festival. Orchestrated and conducted publisher recording session for Heritage Music Press (2014). Previous positions include Director of the St. James Satellite Choir, Director of the Blue Ash Satellite Choir, Associate Accompanist, and Undergraduate Intern.2015-2016 season highlights include performances for the Ohio Music Education Association professional development conference, Chorus America's national conference, the Southeastern Ohio Children's Choir Festival, Arizona Choral Directors Association summer conference, and collaborations with the Cincinnati May Festival, Cincinnati Chamber Opera, and CCM's Choral, Orchestral, and Opera departments.   Serve as the vocal music director and orchestral conductor for summer theatre productions, drawing students from over 30 local high schools. Past shows include "The Producers"​ (Mel Brooks), "Parade"​ (Jason Robert Brown), "The Addams Family"​ (Andrew Lippa) and "Ragtime" (Ahrens & Flaherty). 2016 production TBD.

  Provide visioning and leadership for the expanding Music Ministries of St. James Episcopal Church. Exercise musical leadership for weekly traditional worship services and the St. James Chancel. Coordinate numerous special musical events, including the Springtime Music Series and the annual Richard W. Wesp Celebration Concert. Plan and administer Summer Music Camp for youth in the community. Created partnership with the CCM Preparatory Department to establish St. James as a satellite location for private lessons and group classes.   Serve as the chief artistic and executive officer of Northwest Florida’s leading youth music organization, serving over 300 students each year; Supervise a staff of 21 full-time, part-time, and contract employees, as well as numerous volunteer leaders; Manage a yearly operational budget of $1M, including soliciting an average of $500K in donated funds; Plan repertoire and design instruction for 10 choral ensembles ranging in age from grades 1 through 12; Supervise 5 neighborhood and regional choirs; Creator and conductor of the Ambassador Choir (2016), an ensemble dedicated to pairing music and community service which frequently partners with local nonprofits to share in musical and non-musical service-based endeavors; Train choirs for frequent collaborations with the Pensacola Symphony, Pensacola Opera, Pensacola Ballet, and the University of West Florida; Led choirs at performances for the American Choral Directors Association (Florida, 2019; Southern Region, 2020); Prepared for and conducted choir at Carnegie Hall (debut, 2022) Show less
