      Cross functional roles from meeting clients, pitching for projects, leading development to showcasing demos & implementations. Joined as a graduate and found myself leading a team of developers in less than a year. Started facing clients and was even made partner for one project. Deliveries included intranet portal for DuPont India, e-commerce web sites, MIS system for Tupperware etc.

      Directed a program team of Technology & Business Operations to surgically replace an end of life Core Banking System on-time, with savings in budget and no high severity incidents. The project involved migration of all customer & accounts data in a low cost, progressive delivery approach and integration testing of 40 over interfaces. The delivery resolved range of significant end-of-life, security and disaster recovery risks & issues for ANZ Laos, whilst delivering to strategic agendas to improve customer proposition with enhanced channel integration; increased Operational efficiencies through improved STP; aligned with Bank’s global tech strategy to simplify the systems landscape. It was widely acclaimed by the Chief Executives of the Bank across Business, Operations & Technology. It even received compliments from some of Bank’s regional customers for a smooth cutover. Show less In this role, I managed a portfolio of initiatives across the Asia, Pacific, Europe & America (APEA) region of ANZ’s Institutional Business, leading technology changes from ideas till implementation.Initiatives ranged from new systems implementation to existing systems enhancements for supporting the Institutional division’s objectives of improving customer experience, growth in revenue, STP & automation leading to Operational Efficiency for cost or FTE savings, remediating Operational Risks and adherence to Regulatory & Compliance requirements.I was the face of Bank’s Technology for Business & Operations as I was engaged with problem or opportunity statements. I led a team of tech resources into defining requirements & solutions pragmatic to the size and benefits for those statements. I facilitated the funding process & mobilised delivery teams. Once in delivery, I would ensure that project meets its scope, timelines, financials and its objectives in terms of realising the promised tangible or intangible benefits.Responsibilities included managing stakeholders in Regional & In-country CXOs (CEOs, CFOs & COOs), People managing teams of Analysts, Architects & Delivery Managers, Managing financials, Risks & Issues, and Process Governance. Show less I led the Technology delivery for establishment of bank’s new wholly owned subsidiary in Thailand within a stringent timeline mandated by the regulator. A successful delivery meant ANZ securing its banking license from the regulator ‘Bank of Thailand’. I was in-charge of a team of technology project & delivery managers working towards delivering close to 70 global, regional & local systems supporting products, core banking, payments, middleware, warehouse, finance, regulatory & risk features along with infrastructure to host them with a global deployment pattern of Primary & Backup sites within Thailand cross connecting to the Bank’s Headquarters & Hubs.My 10 member team collaborated deliveries with over 500 staff from the bank & its vendors and successfully delivered to scope through integration & acceptance testing and regulator’s rigorous review of bank’s readiness before going live, on time & under budget. This delivery also completed months in advance of a competitor bank giving ANZ an early-to-market advantage. Show less In this role I managed all the non-technology deliverables required for a core banking system replacement of legacy systems in Hong Kong, Philippines & Taiwan with Finacle 10 from Infosys. From process documentation updates & customer artefacts review to UAT preparation & execution, BVT for data migration for dress rehearsals & deployment, I collaborated these deliverables with SMEs of the bank, Analysts from System Integrator (Infosys) and Country Business & Operations to ensure alignment to overall release plans & no impacts to critical path.I also assisted the Country Implementation Manager in stakeholder engagement and achieved strong country assurance by conducting regular calls with in-country operations heads to talk through Business’ deliverables required from country throughout the release. These calls increased engagement and awareness of country's inputs and were highly valued by the COOs.I also contributed to review of commercial Statement of Work with System Integrator for Business deliverables, proposed changes included enhancing the terms of contract such that delivery was improved in completeness & quality. I grew along & helped shape the team into an important function supporting all of ANZ Asia’s non-core applications. I worked in roles of Support Analyst, Developer, Designer, Team Lead & Product Specialist. My most successful role in this team was of the Team Lead where I achieved to form a highly cohesive and efficient squad of people & processes that made quality & successful deliveries every quarter.
