Show less I worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited. My first assignment was a maintenance project for Citibank in Mainframe technologies. In October 2003 I was put into a QA project for Fidelity Investments. I acted as the Configuration controller of the project. Later I was chosen for a development project for the same client in March 2004. I learnt the technical details and domain skills necessary to handle the project. In July 2004, just after completing one year in the company, I was asked to lead a module of the project. My first hands-on experience on project management, estimation, work delegation and customer orientation started here. After handling the module for about ten months, I was deputed to an onsite assignment in June 2005 as a Programmer Analyst. Show less
