      When I stepped in to this role, the revenue and the morale of the team was declining. Over a period of a few months, with some strategic new hires, positive change began to happen both in results and overall morale. This "dream team" that I was a part of became the largest Bobbi Brown Cosmetics business outside of the New York flagship store! We finished the 2012 retail year up 15% over prior three years results. How did we do it? I implemented sales tracking and daily coaching to reach objectives. I focused on proactive service and selling behaviors with the team. I was also proactive in planning, setting booking goals for each team member and implementing national/store events.
