I have responsibility for developing and co-ordinating the full range of business development strategies and plans.My role includes corporate management and the co-ordination of financial, marketing and people development plans. Recent projects include the development of management competencies, senior and line management coaching, senior management mentoring and a wide range of facilitation of groups ranging from 4 – 25.I am involved in ensuring that all client projects are undertaken quickly and positively and for the strategic review of all policies and practices.The majority of the company’s clients are organisations based in south east and south west Wales and include Careers Wales, Dunbia Wales and Arts Council Wales Show less
