  Directed all programs, supervised all program staff, trained staff in customer service and program activities (leading activities, facilitating team building for groups, lifeguarding, water safety, first aid and CPR), and developed a unique Servant Leadership Development Program. This unique program included both domestic and international students and was both a summer program or a year internship. The program grew from 12 to 70 students that included 18 international students from 12 different countries incorporating customer service, community service, and programming. Show less
