Traveling with the team to away contests was not just a logistical responsibility but also an opportunity to provide unwavering support during competitive events.Organizing and conducting practice sessions was a central aspect of my role, allowing me to focus on skill refinement and foster a sense of teamwork. Safety was a top priority, and I took it upon myself to meticulously explain and enforce rules and regulations, ensuring the well-being of all participants. To optimize performance, I diligently studied the skills and abilities of our players and implemented strategies accordingly, both as a coach and referee during scrimmages, where I emphasized equal playing time and constructive team play.Managing equipment and game materials was another vital part of my responsibilities, ensuring everything was in its place and ready when needed. To secure victories, I analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of opposing teams, developing game strategies that would give our team the upper hand.
