      In addition to supporting the two Senior Managers, I also supported a team of nine and provided cover for a Deputy Director and a Special Advisor in the absence of their secretary. Maintained the administration of the LAN as a Deputy LAN Supervisor. Diary management, organised regular seminars for internal and external speakers, travel, processed expenses, maintained correspondence logs of action papers, ordered stationery for the group, documentation, call handling.
